Steven G. English
Steven G. English has been practicing law in the State of Illinois since 1987 after earning his Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in Chicago in 1986. He also holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, earned in 1981.
Throughout his legal career, Mr. English has remained actively involved in both the legal profession and the local community. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the McHenry County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. From 1994 to 2000, he served on the Illinois State Bar Association General Assembly, contributing to the advancement of the legal profession across the state.
Mr. English also served on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association from 1992 to 2008, reflecting his long-standing commitment to the field of real estate law. In addition, he dedicated seven years to the Salvation Army Board of Directors for McHenry County, serving from 1992 to 1999 and leading the organization as Board President in 1996.
