We provide a detailed questionnaire to assist our clients in developing an estate plan to fit their specific individual needs. Whether it is a living trust or a simple will, our objective is to help develop a plan that meets your goals and addresses your concerns. Maintaining control of your property during your life, and distributing your property upon death is the ultimate goal of most any estate plan, but we also take great care to incorporate your family dynamics into the design of your plan. We will discuss with you as to who is best suited to manage your assets and serve as a guardian for your minor children. We will also discuss living documents, such as Power of Attorney for Health Care, and who is best suited to make medical decisions for you if you are not capable of doing so; and, Powers of Attorney for Property, and who can make financial decisions for you if you are alive, but not capable of making those decisions.
